As suspected early in the design phase, we have a lake view.
This is a view from the 2nd floor. That small blue patch in the middle of the image is Gilbert Lake. As we get higher, we should be able to see more of the lake, even when there are leaves on the trees.
The good news is that this should cause our appraised value to go up. The bad news is so will our property taxes...
