SURPRISE!!!
The schedule was supposed to go like this:
Monday & Tuesday - the main floor is put into place.
Tuesday, mid-day - the foundation is backfilled (no more hole).
Wednesday - the garage ICF forming gets started with ICFs.
Wednesday, afternoon - the SIP panels arrive.
The actual schedule went like this:
Monday & Tuesday - the main floor is put into place.
Tuesday, mid-day - the panels show up. The excavator does not.
Tuesday, late afternoon - the excavator shows up to backfill.
Wednesday - the excavator finishes backfilling and preparing the garage.
Wednesday, afternoon - rain.
The SIP panels sit in the street...and we wait for the rain to stop. Snow
is in the forecast.
