Foundation:

The lower level will be heated with a radiant floor heating sytem. The pink insulation is a high-strength insulation that can take the weight of the concrete floor slab. The red tubes will carry warm water to heat the slab with. This will make the basement floor nice and toasty. The office floor also has the same in-floor heat.
